KUTA, BALI, September 6, 2018 – Volcom proudly announces another store opening in Bali’s current hotspot area, Canggu. The 50m2 store features Volcom’s entire beachwear collection ranging from boardshorts, rashguards, sandals, including the full range of Volcom Bali Inspired tees. Located on Jalan Raya Batu Bolong No. 2, the store is the first partnership with retail affiliates, C.V. Kalesaran Bagus.
“The past years Canggu has been recognized as Bali’s surfers paradise, embracing anything that is cool, alternative and good vibrations. We believe the area really resonates with the Volcom brand,” said Raymond Jansen, Marketing Manager of Volcom Indonesia. “Although we’ve had a few events here, we’re extremely excited to finally have a permanent presence in Canggu and showcase what the brand is all about through our products as well as our creative setting.”
Volcom recently threw their grand opening party for the new store last Saturday and collaborated with PangeaSeed Foundation and Tropica Festival who are in Bali for their Sea Walls Bali: Artists for Oceans program. Emily Ding, an upcoming artist for Sea Walls, volunteered to do a live mural painting at the event, which drew a large and curious crowd. Amongst the vibrant crowd was Volcom Brand Ambassador, Anneke Fitrianti (artist), and Asian Games 2018 silver medal winner, Sanggoe Dharma Tanjung (skater).
The store is currently giving out limited edition Volcom x Seawalls t-shirts until stock last. Come check out the store and see how you can get one.
