BRAND MARKETING & CREATIVE COORDINATOR

The Marketing and Creative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in creating and executing campaigns, managing creative assets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and effective marketing execution. This role involves close collaboration with the creative team, sales team, and external partners. 

 

Requirement:

  • Graduates with minimum of bachelor degree ofCommunication/Marketing/ Design/Fashion
  • Minimum2yrs working experience in the same or similar industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, design platforms, or project management software (a plus)
  • Willing to be based in Bali

Job Responsibility:

 

  • Review processing schedules and production orders
  • Make sure products are produced in a timely manner and within Volcom quality guidelines.
  • Budgeting & cost calculation production
  • Follow up & report production planning based on product target delivery.

 

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Technical Industry/Mathematics.
  • Minimum2yrs working experience as PPC, exp in the same or similar industry
  • Fluently in English (active)
  • Highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unique situations
  • Comp. literate, Well-organized, systematic & hardworking, Good Team work and good problem solving skills.
  • Interpersonal & leadership skills, strong character, ready to work under pressure and Honest.
  • Willing to be based in Bali
